中文摘要 本文主要探討大學生對自身生涯價值觀的選擇情形,以及大學生的背景變項對其生涯價值觀是否存在顯著差異,主要採取多變量變異數分析方法。本文獲得之結論,包括:一、對學生進入大學後的生涯價值觀乃以個體自身相關的家庭及職業為首選;有關較具有外延效果的選項,如在社會上有影響力,則受重視程度較低。二、在大學生的生涯價值觀中,其性別差異並不顯著。三、父親教育程度偏高或偏低時,則大學生有較強烈的期待。四、父親職業背景變項顯示較高或較低者,所抱持的意見較為薄弱。五、在學校類型此背景變項上,不同學校類型的大學生其在生涯價值觀的意見的確存在差異,特別是私立大學或技職校院的學生所抱持的意見普遍低於公立大學或技職校院的學生。本文最後根據研究發現提出具體課程或教育活動的規劃方向,以做為後續研究之改進參考。
英文摘要 The article aims to analyze the college students' opinions on career values and investigate the relationship between their background variables and career values. The research methods were used by means and MANOVA, which can contstrain on all independent variables influenced by indepent variables and show if exist differences. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. Colleges students' career values mainly emphasize on personal affairs instead of social–oriented choices of career values. 2. Gender variable is with no significant difference among college students choice of their career values. 3. While college students with fathers' educations level of lower or higher than average, both of this two groups show stronger opinions on career values. 4. While college students with fathers' occupations level of lower or higher than average, both of this two groups show weaker opinions on career values. 5. College students of different school types show significant difference and the students of public or national school types are with higher opinions on their career values. This paper further gives suggestions both for implications on curriculum plans and activities as well as future research improvements.
