英文摘要 There are important life value and meaning to promote the sustainable development of primary and secondary school teachers of the thoughts and idea of “self-transcendence” offered in “The Fifth Discipline” that wrote by well-known American scholar Peter Singe. To Contemplate and guide the development of primary and secondary school teachers with this theory, we mainly want to achieve the “three transcendences”, that is beyond “occupational realm”, try hard to share the wonderfulness of the life; go beyond the “mental model”, overcoming the old ideas and experience; beyond the “personal vision”, making individual enthusiasm integrate into the team and organizational development.
