中文摘要 本研究旨在增進對當前教育行政研究主題趨勢變化之了解。研究方法與資料來源為資料探勘技術及兩個論文資料庫,其中之一來自於臺灣;而另一個則來自於北美,並針對教育行政研究進行比較分析。 本研究結果發現:一、臺灣教育行政研究中,最普遍之主題為教育政策;二、臺灣教育行政博、碩士論文及其數量逐年增加;三、北美之教育政策、教育組織和教育計畫之博、碩士論文及數量因時間不同而有所增減;四、臺灣研究的論文名稱、關鍵字及摘要檢索結果呈現顯著正相關,而北美之論文僅在論文名稱和摘要之間呈現顯著正相關。 本研究結果顯示,隨著時間推移,資料探勘技術之潛力可找出教育行政主題之變化和可能趨勢,而此種應用對教育行政研究可謂甚具價值。
英文摘要 This study was carried out to increase our knowledge of the research which has been conducted on educational administration in Taiwan and North America. Data mining was applied to two databases of theses and dissertations, one in Taiwan and the other in North America, and compared the academic research on educational administration which has been carried in Taiwan and North America. Findings include: 1. In Taiwan, amongst research carried out on educational administration, the most prevalent topic was education policy; 2. The numbers of theses and dissertations on subjects related to educational administration in Taiwan has increased year by year; 3. In North America, the number of theses and dissertations on education policy, educational organization, and educational planning rises and falls at different times; 4. In Taiwan, there was a significant correlation among the occurrences of the titles, keywords, and abstracts, while in North America there was only a significant correlation between titles, and abstracts. The findings demonstrate the potential of the data mining technique to identify changes and possible trends in educational administration over time, and such insights can be much value to the study of educational administration.
