中文摘要 本研究旨在探討國小總務人員知識管理及行政效能之關聯性,進而探究國小總務人員知識管理對行政效能的影響。本研究採用問卷調查法,以研究者等自編問卷於2007年隨機抽選彰化縣174所國小總務人員進行問卷調查,有效問卷回收率為89.7%,所得資料以SPSS    13.0進行統計分析,並以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸來考驗研究假設。本研究獲得下述重要發現:1.國小總務人員的知識管理與行政效能具有正相關;2.國小總務人員之「知識管理」對「行政效能」具有預測力;其中,以「知識管理」的「知識創新」層面對「行政效能」最具影響力;其次是「知識分享」、及「知識存取」層面,亦對「行政效能」具有影響效果。
英文摘要 The purposes of    this study were    to apprehend    the difference of knowledge management of    the general affairs personnel    (GAP)    in elementary    schools,    to analyze    the    relationship between    their knowledge management and administration effectiveness, and    to predict administration effectiveness according    to    their knowledge management. The    study adopted a    survey method and employed a questionnaire    titled “Knowledge Management and Administrative Effectiveness of General Affairs Personnel of Elementary Schools that was administered by the authors during 2007 schooling year.
Questionnaires were collected from GAP in 174 elementary schools in Changhua County, Taiwan.
The valid    return    rate was 89.7%. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0    for windows, including    t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple    regression analysis. The major fndings are as follows: (1). there is existed a positive correlation between knowledge management and administrative effectiveness of GAP in elementary schools; (2). The GAP ‘s knowledge management is an effective predictor to predict administrative effectiveness; and, three valid predictors are knowledge
innovating, knowledge sharing, and knowledge accessing.
