深究HD學說，其內涵的「實際領域」、「可達領域」、「潛在領域」與「可發概率」的發現，這是重大的創舉，也是作決策分析、企劃管理、危機處理所必備的要件，筆者將其試用於部隊領導管理時，發現HD理論深具參考與運用價值，特別是在「實際領域」之前增加一個關鍵的「核心基座」(暫名)，那就益臻完備了。為使HD學說能導向簡單易行卻又不失其完備，本文試將HD內涵增列一「核心基座」，並以個人廿餘年在軍中深切的實務體驗(悟)，似可印證此一理論之可行性與實用價值，也希望能有助於HD學說之結構日益臻備。

| 英文摘要 |
It is a very remarkable initiative to explore the HD doctrine, its connotation of "actual domain", "reachable domain", "potential domain" and "activation probability". The study of HD is also essential for decision analysis, planning/management, and crisis management. When applied by military leaders, HD doctrine was found practical and valuable. Furthermore, it is especially the case to add a key "core basis" before the "actual domain" to complete the foundation of the HD theory. It was found very useful to do so in the military training and management according to the author which also strengthened HD doctrine in a more practical manner. The findings in this paper not only confirm the feasible and practical value in HD doctrine, but also attempt to justify the complete structure of HD doctrine.
