中文摘要 农民工子女的教育问题关乎国家的教育公平与社会和谐。当前我国农民子女的教育政策开始进入一个转折时期,表现在农民工子女教育政策需要面对来自由\"量到质\"、\"大众化到个性化\"、\"短期接收到长效管理\"、\"阶段性到整体性\"、\"各自分割到相互对话\"等五个方面的挑战。面对教育政策转折期到来的\"拐点",对已有的教育政策进行反思,提出要确立正确的公共教育政策价值取向,确保转折期后的政策能更加合理地分配教育机会和资源,促进公共服务的均等化。
英文摘要 The problem of Rural Migrant Workers' Children Education is related to educational equity and Social harmony. The current education policy of Migrant Workers' Children in our country has begun in a turning period, which performs in five challenges: "from quantity to quality", "popular to personalized" and "short-term to the long-term management", "stage to integrity", "and the division to mutual dialogue". Facing the education policy of "inflection point", this article reviews the original education policy of Migrant Workers'    Children, and proposes to establish the correct value orientation of public education policy, to ensure the policy of the turning period can make more rational allocation of educational opportunities and resources, and to promote the equalization of public services.
