With the development of technology and social economy, multimedia has been applied widely in education, thus education is advancing towards information and modernization. The modernization of educational technology is changing teaching means and methods, so it's necessary to reform the education and teaching. The application of multimedia in college English is one of the important tasks of college English reform. The article mainly introduces the principles and techniques of making college English multimedia courseware.
