中文摘要 本研究旨在透過協同行動研究,發展一套教師專業發展評鑑的推動模式與策略,藉以改善臺北市太陽國小(化名)推動教師專業發展評鑑的問題。本研究透過觀察、訪談、省思、對談和文件分析進行資料蒐集,分析教師專業發展評鑑的推動模式與策略實施結果。獲得結論如下:(1)以目標、結構、人員以及技術等層面做為教師專業發展評鑑的推動內涵,以規劃、執行和制度化做為教師專業發展評鑑的推動階段,可建構教師專業發展評鑑的推動模式。(2)太陽國小所實施之教師專業發展評鑑推動策略為:溝通說服、參與投入、教育成長、利益酬賞、資訊公開、協商協議、情境操弄、逐步漸進、支持協助、簡便易行等。本研究依據研究發現與結論,提出若干建議以供參考。
英文摘要 The purpose of this study is to develop a model with action strategies to implement the teacher evaluation for professional development through the process of action research. The model with action strategies is adopted in order to improve teacher evaluation in Sunny Primary School (pseudonym). The data are collected through observation, interviews, self-reflection, conversations and document analysis. The results are as follows:(1) The implementation of teacher evaluation for professional development consists of goals, structures, personnel and skills, the process of teacher evaluation for professional development deals with planning, executing and institutionalizing. (2) Ten strategies of implementing the teacher evaluation for professional development contrived by Sunny Primary School are: communication and persuasion, participation, education, giving favors and interests, information disclosure, negotiation, manipulation, integration, facilitation, and simplicity in action. According to the findings of this study, the researcher has provided some recommendations.
