英文摘要	Cultivate the teachers’ learning team need to pay attention to the classes. The classes are very important for teaching, professional development, and the teachers’ growth of life. The way to focus on the classes is diverse, for example, the seminar topics, theoretical study, and issues of concern. Besides, to create teachers’ learning team, also need the optimization of organizational management, and to strengthen the concerns of the members to the classes.
