To establish the student guidance system is one of the current tasks in general upper secondary education development and reform in China. This paper points out the four action strategies in implementing student guidance in practice：（1）to lead the student guidance with school development plan, （2）to improve the capacities of teacher in guiding, （3）to reconstruct the school culture, （4）to make the cooperative partnership.
