The target of fundamental education reform has insured each child get definite standard in USA since the 1980s. It improved the quality of fundamental education from teacher treatment, class size, early education, teacher professional development, school management and curriculum standard etc. Each of the measures take educational research as the guide and are supported by legislation and funds in order to effective and coherence of policy.
