在农村新课程改革的攻坚战中，我们最深刻的认识是：由于受到特定环境和相对落后的教育条件等因素的影响和制约，农村大部分地区在新课程改革过程中面临较大的困难与挑战，特别是教师对新课程的适应问题日益突出，成为我们必须关注的问题之一。本研究将分别从课程意识、课程实施、课程评价、课程开发、现代教学技术应用几个方面来讨论农村教师新课程适应的现状。

Nowadays, in the stormed battle of elementary education curriculum reform carried out in rural areas, for some reasons, especially the influence and limitation of underdeveloped condition, the new curriculum reform is confronting more difficulties and challenges. Among them, one outstanding matter is the teachers’ adaptability to the new curriculum system, which is becoming more and more troublesome. It is a matter that is worth paying more attention to.
