Through 25 years' hard work, China has accomplished the task of the popularization of compulsory education, which was a landmark that the compulsory education has come into a new stage. This paper reviews on the 25years' Popularization of Compulsory Education, and divides it into three stages: initial stage; comprehensively promote stage; formal transition and crucial stage.
