Conflict has the function of destructive and constructive. In curriculum reform, principals should reduce the destructive conflict and stimulate the constructive conflict to activate the organization. To reduce the destructive conflict, principals can use the strategies of vision establishment and so on. Principals can take the strategies such as teacher training for conflict, teacher professional development and organization culture reform, etc. in order to stimulate the constructive conflict.
