特色學校之經營是時代的趨勢，亦是提升學校競爭力的重要力量，且於未來將成為學校經營研究的重要議題。據此，本研究旨在透過國外特色學校的發展經驗，建構我國特色學校經營實施方案，分析其實施方式與辦理程序，透過學校人員觀念的改變、學校組織結構的調整、行政領導管理的效能、課程教學的活化、制度環境的建置、社區人士的支持，讓學校因為特色方案的成功成為品牌學校，並做為學校推動特色方案經營之參考。

The operating characteristics of the school is the trend of the times, is also important force to enhance the competitiveness of the school, the future will be the school operates important research topics. This article aims abroad characteristics of the school's development experience to construct our specialty schools operating embodiment and analysis of its embodiments and procedures, through school personnel concept ideas change, school organizational structure of the adjustments, exercise political leadership catheter management of performance, teaching the activation, build institutional environment, the support of the community, so that schools become the brand of school because of the characteristics of the program's success, and as schools promote specialty programs operating reference.
