In today’s unique environment, it has reached a consensus in the research of [new basic education] with the school is going to the way of [transformational reform]. In the process of practicing the [new basic education] theory, Minhang 4th high school roots of traditional schools, based on realistic basis and carry out school’s cultural construction with [transformational culture] and exploits a new road of transformational reform.
