英文摘要 Teacher’s leading capacity has injected new motive force into development of the school as teacher’s effective way of development. Teacher’s leading capacity of middle and primary schools is in the course of developing, influenced by many kinds of factors and restriction, which lie in four aspects such as idea, organization, resource and knowledge skill. It’s meaningful to analyze these factors for instructing people to effectively develop teacher’s leading capacity.
