文化重建问题是合并学校后续发展中的核心问题，但是一些合并学校往往将它简单地当成学校管理制度的制定与实施，没有将之上升到价值观共享的高度。本文通过对北虹初级中学这所合并学校的发展历程的回顾，结合具体实践与相关思考，从合并学校的问题透析、合并学校文化重建的策略、文化重建的成效及反思三方面来探讨学校合并后的文化重建问题，以期对其它合并校有借鉴作用。

The reconstruction of culture is a core problem after schools’ combination, but some schools simply regard it as the establishment and implement of the schools’ administration system and don’t take it as the share of value. This article discusses the reconstruction of culture after schools’ combination by recalling the history of development of the Beihong junior high school, integrating practice and some thought of it and analyzing problems of schools’ combination and the reconstruction of culture.
