英文摘要 The requirement for teachers’ qualification in traditional primary schools and the social appraisement to teachers both concentrate on the teachers’ morality, acquirement, devotedness and the level of teaching. To ensure the quality of “the normal school”, people usually choose those who are adult and acquainted by people as teachers. When judging a teacher’s learning, the achievement he had gained in imperial examinations is considered as the main factor. Because of the importance of enlightened education, it requires the teacher not only to be conscientious, but also t master the methods of learning and teaching.
