中文摘要 教育改革中的行政管理和教师专业自主博弈反映了不同层面的教育工作者为了各自的权力和利益将教育活动肢解为封闭的、格式化的领地,割裂了教育实践中的人之生命开放性特征。问题的症结在于行政管理和专业自主所秉承的技术理性及其工具理性价值。基于人之生命开放性特征,教育者必须坚持平等、共生的教育理念,破解行政管理与专业自主之间的藩篱,构建富有生机和活力的生命教育实践。
英文摘要 The game of administrative management and professional autonomy of teachers in education reform reflects that educational practitioners at different levels, for the interests and power of their own, dismember educational activities into closed and formatted territories, and dissever the opening nature of human life in educational practice. The crux of the problem lies in the technical basis of administration and the professional autonomy and its rational instrumental value. Based on the opening nature of human life, educational practitioners must adhere to equality and symbiosis, break the fence between administration and professional autonomy and construct life educational practice with vitality.
