随着我国高等教育国际化发展，留学生规模扩大，生源良莠不齐，考试作弊行为时有发生。这种现象如不加以有效干预，势必会影响到我们国家的医学教育声誉。怎样对留学生考试作弊行为进行干预成为很多招收留学生的高校高度关注的问题。留学生考试违规实例，分析导致留学生考试作弊的因素，并对这一问题的干预策略进行探讨。

With the internationalization of high education, foreign students’ number is increasing. The quality of students can not be guaranteed. Cheating in examination happens all the time. If no effective intervening measures taken into this, it will evidently affect China’s medicine education reputation. How to intervene in to students cheating is a hot question for many universities who has enrolled foreign students.
