王国维先生于1901年翻译了日本立花铣三郎的《教育学》，这是引进中国的第一本全文翻译的《教育学》。他于1905年编着了一本《教育学》，这是国人编着的第一本《教育学》。这两个”第一”，王国维也足以名垂中国教育学史册了，我们把他翻译立花铣三郎的一本与他自己编着的一本，合辑在一起，以后者为正文，以前者为附文。

| 英文摘要 |
In 1910, Wang Guo─wei translated the book name Pedagogy written by Sensaburo Tatibana, a Japanese educationalist. It is the first Pedagogy introduced into China. In 1905, Wang wrote a book also called Pedagogy. It is the first Pedagogy written by Chinese. The two “firsts” are enough to make Wang Guo─wei long lived in the history of pedagogy of China. Now we compile Wang’s Pedagogy as the text and Sensaburo Tatibana’s Pedagogy as the rider.
