Based on the double meaning idea, combining two─side view on transition of educational leader types and reform in the normal form of curricular research, curriculum leadership concept is put forward as follows：1. the essence of curriculum leadership is a form of curricular practice, a curricular task fulfilled through leadership theory, method, strategy and behavior. 2. curriculum leadership is a kind of innovation leadership based on moral authority. 3. the diversity of curriculum leaders.
