教学中学生的个体差异是客观存在的，是教育教学活动应考虑的重要方面。在承认差异存在，尊重学习个体差异的前提下，本文从理解[学习]概念架构出发，了解学生理解学习内容对超越个体差异的重要性，辨析[学习内容]、[意识结构]、[关键属性]等变量在教学中的地位。从而达到超越教学中个体差异的新思路，即树立超越性教学观，在适应的基础上逐步超越学生的个体差异，以促进全体学生的全面发展。

The individual difference exists in everyday teaching; it is an important aspect in teaching course. The article, talking difference as a given, embarks from understanding the content of study, learns the study content the important function for students and understands the place of[study content]、[essential attribution]、[consciousness structure]and other variables in teaching. Thus, it turns into the new idea about exceeding individual difference in teaching to promote the development of students.
