战略控制是战略规划实施的关键，战略控制的优劣决定着研究型大学能否在与内外环境博弈中成功实现战略目标。本文对北京大学、清华大学、武汉大学、华中科技大学、上海交通大学五所研究型大学战略控制的现状作了调查，分析了存在的六个方面问题及其原因。

| 英文摘要 |
Strategic control is key to the implementation of strategic plan. The suitability of strategic control determines whether a research university can realize its strategic goals through gaming with its internal and external environment. This paper investigates the strategic control mechanism of five research universities（Peking, Tsinhhua, Wuhan, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Jiaotong）, identifies and analyses six problems and their cause.
