中文摘要 本文从教师专业化视角审视和反思小学教师教育的发展历史以及当前小学教育专业建设中的一些问题,指出:在教师专业化发展历史上,小学教师教育从未改变过重视”师范性”这一特色;当前小学教育专业建设中没能发自身优势且面临一些困惑,是因为小学教师教育在改和发展进程中完全被原有高等师范教育所同化;小学教师教育、并入高等师范教育体系应该是顺应的过程,小学教育专业自身的加入应该成为促动教师教育体系结构化重组的重要因素。
英文摘要 In this paper, the development history of primary teacher education and some problem existing in current construction of primary education specialty are discussed from the perspective of teacher professionalization. It points out that primary teacher education had never given up the “pedagogical characteristic” in its history of development. Current construction of primary education specialty doesn’t take its own advantages but faces some problems and gets in puzzle. The reason is that, in the process of reform and development, the primary teacher education is assimilated by original higher teacher education. In our opinion, the combination of primary teacher education and higher teacher education should be an acclimating process, the primary teacher education should become an important factor prompting the recombination of teacher education system.
