高校合并的高潮已渐渐平息，合并的成效成为研究者关注的焦点。本文Malmquist指数刻划我国高校合并前后整体科研生产率的动态变化，并进行”追赶效应”、”规模效应”和”增长效应”分解。基于实证分析结果指出，技术进歩与创新是提高我国高校科研生产率、推动科技能力进歩的重要因素。

| 英文摘要 |
The high tide of university and college emerge has waned China, and the effect of those institutional merges has become a focus issue in higher education research. This article explores the dynamic changes in the research productivity of higher education institutions before and after the merges using the Malmquist index. The total factor productivity change index is decomposed into catching─up effect scale effect, and frontier─shift effect. The main findings is that technological improvement and innovation are important factors to improve scientific research productivity for Chinese universities and colleges.
