The article expatiates on the English teaching actuality in Vocational Colleges: Low level, lack of teachers and facilities. It unscramble the influence of Sino-foreign Education Program on English teaching in Vocational Colleges by analyzing the teaching advantages of the cooperation programs from teaching aim, teaching organizing, teaching design and assessment.
