培养学生的自主学习能力是外语教学尤其是目前大学英语教学改革的一个重点内容。当代一部分大学生在外语自主学习能力方面亟待培养和提高。本文从自主学习的概念入手，指出目前大学生在外语自主学习中存在的问题，提出一些行之有效的大学生外语自主学习能力培养的建议。

The cultivation of students’ independent learning ability is one of the important contents in foreign language teaching and learning, and it is definitely true in the reform of English teaching and learning. The automats learning ability of some college English learners need urgently cultivating and promoting. This article begins with the concept of automats-language and puts forward some problems in English learning, then suggests some effective methods to develop the students’ automats language learning ability.
