中文摘要 本研究旨在探討社區大學成人之學習動機及其社會資本對其學習成效之影響,主要研究目的有三:(一)分析社區大學成人學習者的學習動機對成人學習成效之影響情形;(二)分析社區大學成人學習者的社會資本及其對成人學習成效之影響情形;(三)探討社區大學成人學習者的社會資本與學習動機對其學習績效影響的相對重要性。本研究採問卷調查法,共發出600份問卷,計獲得522份有效問卷,並以LISREL 8.54軟體進行統計分析。以結構方程模式來檢定本研究所發展的三個模式,以瞭解各因素之間的影響關係。
英文摘要 Overall, this study is to investigate the impact of learning motivation and social capital on learning effectiveness for adult learners in community universities, and three main purposes are derived as follow: firstly, to investigate the impact of learning motivation on learning effectiveness for adult learners in community universities; secondly, to investigate the impact of social capital on learning effectiveness for adult learners in community universities; thirdly, to compare the impact degree between learning motivation and social capital on learning effectiveness for adult learners in community universities. By method of questionnaire survey, 600 questionnaires were mailed, 522 valid questionnaires were collected, and then LISREL 8.54 was used to analyze the data. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to examine the three models developed by this study, and find out the correlations between these factors.
