本研究旨在探討我國女性參與高等技職回流教育的學習歷程，並據以建構出我國女性參與高等技職回流教育模式。為達成研究目的，本研究採用質性研究中之訪談方進行研究。共訪談25位已取得我國高等技職回流教育學位之女性學習者，以瞭解實際情形。所得研究資料並經分析程序，獲致女性參與高等技職回流教育歷程模式包括三階段六個時期，分別為階段一：「參與進修前── 評估適合性階段」，又區分為「形成期」、「醞釀期」及「準備期」；階段二：「參與進修中── 調整適應性階段」，主要為進入「投入期」；階段三：「參與進修後── 知覺再投入階段」，包括「完成期」與「循環期」。

| 英文摘要 |
This study explores women’s learning progresses of attending higher vocational recurrent education in Taiwan. According to the purposes, to generalize the development skeleton of the model of women attending higher vocational recurrent education in Taiwan. To reach the purposes, this study uses the interview method of qualitative research. Twenty-five female learners who have got degrees of higher vocational recurrent education were interviewed to understand the real situation. The data were analyzed and concluded the following result. There are six periods at three stages in the whole learning progress of women attending higher vocational recurrent education.
