青少年是人類重要的發展階段,有其特有的心理特徵和發展的任務。簡短的回顧一下我國青少年性別角色的研究,將使我們想起兩性平權觀念的關係。本研究的目的是回顧性別角色的研究和分析歷史發展的特徵,希期提供研究者未來研究的參考。本研究的主要發現如下:(1) 研究的方法更為精密化。(2) 理念性與實證性的研究均有發展。(3) 生物性和社會性的角色特徵均有研究。(4) 男性化、女性化和兩性化的再思與反省。(5) 青少年有兩性化發展的趨向。(6) 兩性平權的觀念與教育措施有加以推動。

英文摘要 |
The adolesecence is a critical stage of human beings, and it has manyspecial mental characteristics and development tasks. A brief glance back at theresearch of sex role in the adolescents of R.O.C. will remind us of theirrelevance to the concept of sexual equaity. This study aims to review theresearch of sex role and to analyze its historical development so as to providea refernce point for researchers in further research. The main findings are asfollows: (1) The research methods need to be further refined. (2) Theoreticaland empirical researches have new developments. (3)Biological and social role'characteristics have been subjects of research.(4)The concepts of masculinity,feminity, and androgyny must be reconsidered.(5)The adolescents have tendenciestoward the androgynous development.(6)Ideas and educational measures of sexualequality must be promoted.
