中文摘要 教师在课程改革中的抗拒形式多样。教师抗拒课程改革的原因在于课程改革本身存在不足,抗拒满足了教师内在的心理需求并成为各方利益的契合点。教师对课程改革的抗拒受多种因素的影响,是策略性的。教师在抗拒课程改革中会寻求抗拒的合理性,但是无论抗拒具有怎样的合理性,都会给课程改革和教师发展带来消极影响。研究者需要正确地认识教师在课程改革中的抗拒行为,并与教师通力协作解决课程改革中的现实问题。
英文摘要 The form of the resistance of teachers in curriculum reform is diversified. Teachers resist curriculum reform because of its drawbacks, and the resistance can satisfy teachers’ psychological needs and be beneficial to all sides. The resistance can be attributable to the influence of many factors and is strategic. Teachers will try to justify this kind of resistance, but however rationale it is, the resistance will still influence the curriculum reform and teachers in a negative way. The researchers should develop a right understanding of the resistance of teachers and settle the real problems existing in curriculum reform together with them.
