| 英文摘要 |
With statistical data from 1996 to 2000, this paper tests whether the gender difference in Mincerian rate of returns to education is statistically significant, and confirms that women’s rate is higher than that of men. In addition, by eliminating the influence of working tenure upon income, this paper successfully clears the confusion of why Mincerian rates based on gender—mixed samples are sometimes higher or lower than the rates when females or males are considered separately.
