中文摘要 德育的低效与高校制度伦理建设有着紧密关系,一方面,德育理念、内容、方法等问题都与制度伦理的缺失相关,制度伦理的缺失间接导致德育的低效。另一方面,学生整体德养成与高校制度安排而造就的高校文化环境直接相关,制度伦理的缺失成为德育低效的直接诱因。因此,提升德育效果需要高校加强制度伦理建设:制度内容中应蕴涵道德理念、道德原则,渗透时代论理精神,制度运行中切实贯彻制度伦理要求。
英文摘要 The low efficiency of moral education has a close relation to the construction of school system ethics. On one hand, the problems of moral education conception, content, method and so on are all related with the system ethics flaw, which indirectly leads to poor effects of moral education. On the other hand, the development of individual virtue is directly influenced by university culture, which results form the arrangement of school system. Therefore, to improve the effects of moral education should develop system ethics and make it reflected in the system contents. And at the same time, it is necessary to carry out the requests of system ethics in practice.
