| 英文摘要 |
This paper is a review of technique assessing medical professionalism. The authors, Dr Deirdre C. Lynch et al search five electronic databases and reference lists from 1982 to 2002. Eight─eight assessments were retained and organized into content area and type of outcome examined. Also, studies on the predictive validity of assessment and there are in formative evaluation. Finally, the authors presented some recommendation for assessing medical students, residents and practicing physicians.
