在高等教育国际化的进程中，大学生国际流动已经从无组织或自发的行为进入到有组织的形式，并且也已经成为各国经济竞争的一个重要方面。本文考察了全球范围内大学生流动的趋势，并重点以欧盟的依拉斯玛斯计划为例，分析了大学生国际流动的重要作用，以及阻碍大学生国际流动的因素与可能的解决方案。研究表明，大学生国际流动有助于人力的发展和全球的相互理解，应当一步推动大学生的国际流动。

| 英文摘要 |
International student mobility has moved from unorganized or self—organized study abroad to a variety of mobility forms organized within programmes. It has also become an issue of economic competitiveness. This article gives us an idea about student mobility and mobility flows on a global scale, analyzing the importance and barriers to student mobility and possible solutions through ERASMUS. It argues that international student mobility contributes to human development and global understanding and we should support international student mobility in the future.
