前苏联解体后，为促进职业教育发展，俄罗斯政府开始改革职业教育的管理体制。改革的主要内容包括明确中央和地方政府的职责、下放职业教育管理权、扩大学校自主权，以及推动职业教育管理的民主化等。这些改革举措取得了一定成效，同时也仍有一些问题有待解决。

| 英文摘要 |
After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Russia began to reform the management system of vocational education to promote the development of vocational education. Clarifying the responsibilities of both central and local governments, enlarging schoolsautonomy and promoting the democratization of vocational education management underlie the primary parts of the reformation. The reformation has made some effects while it faces some new problems that need to be resolved.
