Having undergone a reform in the end of the twenties century, the new system of China’s higher education has been established. The perfection of the systematic reform should be put forward. Continuing efforts should be made to deepen the understanding, modify modes of thought, adapt with the time, make the most of advantages, and to promote international cooperation. The perfection of the systematic reform is also an important part in the systematic reform, and it takes quite a long period of time.
