中文摘要 本研究旨在瞭解技職校院進修部成人學生之校園學習經驗,研究問題包括:一、校園人際經驗為何?二、課業學習經驗為何?三、學校環境與輔導經驗為何?以質性研究方法,根據性別與主修、年齡及婚姻等標準,採立意取樣,選取12位「25歲以上」的成人學生作為研究參與者,以深度訪談為主要的資料蒐集方法。本研究以長期進駐、研究參與者檢核、三角檢證、同儕檢核、反例個案分析、撰寫反思日誌及撰寫訪談手札等方式,以確保研究的信實度。研究結論包括:一、同儕關係為影響學習之關鍵因素;二、師生關係以平等、尊重為基礎;三、教師實力及教學法影響學生課業表現;四、課程規劃與校園環境忽略成人學習需求與特性。
英文摘要 The purpose of this study was to explore the campus experiences of adult students in an institute of technology. The research questions included: (1) What were their interpersonal relationships in campus? (2) What were their academic learning experiences? (3) What were their environmental experiences?The qualitative method of semi-structure in-depth interview was used for this research. The participants of this research were based on the specific institute of technology students. Twelve students aged above 25 years old, according to their studying subject, age, gender and marital status, were chosen for this purposive sampling study. In order to establish the trustworthiness, the methods of developing trust relationship with participants, prolonged engagements, peer reviewing, triangulation, member check, negative cases analysis and reflection journals were employed. The results of this research are as follows: (1) Peer relationship is the key factor for learning. (2) The relationship between teacher and student is based on the equality and respective. (3) The teacher’s ability and teaching method affect student’s academic performance. (4) The curriculum design and campus environment neglect adult students’ characteristics and needs.
