波伦亚进程序欧洲高等教育一体化进程的重要组成部分，俄罗斯于2003年签署了波伦亚宣言。本文在介绍波伦亚进程框架下俄罗斯高等教育系统所采取的一系列改革措施的基础上，分别从教育内容和质量、国家-社会纬度上的资源支持和国家安全三个方面分析了该框架下俄罗斯高等教育所面临的问题与挑战。

Bologna Process is an important part of the integration of European higher education system. In 2003, Russia subscribed the Bologna Declaration. On the basis of introducing Russian higher education system’s series of reforms in the framework of Bologna Process, this paper analyses current Russian higher education’s problems and challenges from three perspectives, which include education content and quality, national-and-social resources support and national security.
