英文摘要 This article gives an interpretation of the relevant legislations about secondary transition in the United States and tries to explore American transition service models. In doing so, it provide some successful experience and measures of transition which help us understand how the American students with disabilities transit from high school life to adult life. This will offer some significant references for eliminating the existing educational marginalization of the students with disabilities, as well as addressing the employment problems of the students with disabilities.
