办学体制改革是我国高等教育体制改革的关键，探索和实践新的办学形式，对我国高等教育办学体制无疑具有积极的意义。文中以私立华联大学为例，阐述了股份制作为一种新的办学形式在民办高校中的产生和发展，作者认为可以尝试用股份制形式对公立高校进行改制。

System of school running is the key of the reform of higher education system in China. It is significant for higher education running system to explore and practice new running form. This paper takes the case of private Wualian University, elaborating the stock-holding system’s origin and development as a new form in private higher schools. The author suggests that stock-holding system could be used to reconstruct the public higher schools.
