中文摘要 学习时间管理是指学生运用一定策略,对用于学习活动的时间进行有效支配,涉及学生对学习时间的态度、计划、调控与效能等。有效的学习时间管理对学生的有效学习具有重要意义。近年来学习时间管理的研究进展主要集中于:时间管理量表研究、学生时间管理的相关心理因素研究、影响学生学习时间管理的客观因素研究、学生时间管理与学习成绩的相关研究、提高学习时间管理的对策研究等方面。在梳理相关研究成果的基础上,认为关于学习时间管理的进一步研究,一方面需要拓展研究内容,应当关注不同学生群体学习时间管理的研究、加强教师和家长在学生时间管理策略养成方面的干预研究等;另一方面需要拓展研究视角,比如从人性关怀的角度关注学生的学习时间与学习自由和幸福等问题。
英文摘要 Learning time management refers that students can use certain strategy to dominate the time for learning activities effectively, involving students' attitude, plan, regulation and efficiency for study time. Effective learning time management is important for students to learn effectively. In recent years, the research of study time management mainly focused on: time management scale research, the psychological factors research related to students' time management, the objective factors research influencing students' learning time management, the correlational research between students' time management and school performance, the countermeasures research of improving learning time management, etc. Based on the relevant research achievements, on the one hand, it's needed to broaden the research content for the further study of learning time management, to pay attention to different groups of students' study time management research, to strengthen the intervention study of teachers and parents in the aspect of forming students' time management strategies, etc; On the other hand, it's needed to expand research angle of view, for instance, to pay close attention to the problems about students' learning time and learning freedom and happiness from the angle of the humanity.
