To construct a new socialist countryside is an important historical mission in the process of modernization of China. This project asks for the higher education institutes to meet the various and comprehensive needs of different bodies. the more important a college or university is, the more it should contribute to the project. Higher education institutes of different types or levels should try their bet to contribute to the construction of new countryside.
