The idea of university has been a longstanding topic for educational thinkers. “Culture：the Spirit of University” is a kind of philosophy of university, whose core is to deal with a series of basic theoretical issues, such as “what does university to”, “what is a university”, “hw to manage a university”, and “which kinds of universities are needed”. University innovation is a key to today’s world, and idea innovation is the precondition of university innovation.
