This paper is based on a survey of 83 postgraduates of Anhui Normal university. The results of this survey have identified the sources of psychological stress and the characteristics of psychological stress of different groups of postgraduates. This paper analyzes the causes for such psychological stress, in order to reduce their psychological stress and improve their psychological health.
