英文摘要 Teacher leadership is regarded as key strategy to promote teacher development and school changes. The research shows that it has shifted from teacher as leaders to teacher to be leaders. With the development of the research, the understanding also deepens on its concepts, functions, affecting elements, fulfillment mechanism, the traits of teacher leaders and leadership effectiveness.
