当前，大学生就业问题已经成为高等教育研究领域的热点问题，同时也是全社会关注的焦点问题。本文以高校毕业生就业率为切入点，导先简要地回顾了高校毕业生就业率逐步引起教育行政主管部门和社会各界关注的过程，进而指出当前高校毕业生就业率造假现象，并从当前高校毕业生就业率发布政策存在的缺陷，对就业率造假原因进行了分析，最后本文就如何改进相关政策提出了建议。

The issue of college student employment has drawn increasing attention from higher educational researchers and the general public as well. This paper addresses this issue by focusing on the policy of college student employment rate. First, we give a brief retrospection of how the issue of college student employment rate has become the center of the educational authorities and the public in general. We then investigate the phenomenon of false reporting of college student employment rate by individual schools. Social and political reasons are analyzed for the false reporting behavior within and out of school setting. Finally, some actions are suggested to perfect the college student employment rate policy？
