The Red-Yellow-Blue Performance Management Model is based on the educational philosophy : "laying the good foundation，promotion of development and the pursuit of excellence".Its main features are: ( 1) advocating democracy and being person-oriented; ( 2) being concerned about the individual effort as well as eamwork;( 3) emphasizing the process and dynamic evaluation9; ( 4) performance-based and continuous improvement. As the management model focuses on the performance improvement，it has played a good role in the development of the high school，and itreally has had great vitality. The article concludes five points: the background，educational idea，features，operating procedures and practice value of the management model，and the article also has provided comprehensive analysis and dialectical thinking about the management model.
